I understand that unit 1006 has been:
1. Noisy
2. Nuisance with what seems like homeless and aggressive people around
the unit
3. Over capacity for the unit
4. Leaving trash outside the garage
I know that these issues have been very frustrating for several people
in the neighborhood, and they are looking for the HOA to do something.
The HOA can send letters about these issues, and we will consult with
CMA to see what other options are available.
In the meantime, if you hear noise or see suspicious people in the
neighborhood, then calling 911 is the right thing to do. Next, please
report this info to highland-board@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, so that the HOA can be
kept informed.
If 911 is called repeatedly by multiple people, then maybe more
aggressive action will be taken.
