I believe it's an immediate tow if the car is in a tow zone because that
usually means the vehicle is blocking a resident from entering or leaving their
unit..... and 24 hrs if it's for a lesser offense, such as parking in guest
parking.

Good morning,
Do we still give 24 hrs notice before actually towing or is it tow immediately?
Just know not everyone checks their emails constantly and this particular tow
seems aggressive since they were in a spot but not exactly in it.
I know when I have guests I actually go out and make sure they parked in the
lines so they are not towed which is kinda crazy that I need to do that in my
own community.
Could we possibly give more notice to those cars in a visitor spot but just a
bad park job?
Thank you,

A significant portion of this vehicle is parked in a tow zone. A complaint was
also received. The towing company has been called to tow this vehicle. A tow
truck is on the way.
