We give 24 hours notice for minor parking violations. For major parking
violations, such as being in a tow zone, we are now providing some
notice as a courtesy. For example, that's what happened in this case.

Just know not everyone checks their emails constantly and this particular tow seems aggressive since they were in a spot but not exactly in it.
I know when I have guests I actually go out and make sure they parked in the lines so they are not towed which is kinda crazy that I need to do that in my own community.
Could we possibly give more notice to those cars in a visitor spot but just a bad park job?
