Hello -

Plants grow based on sunlight (not controllable), temperature (not
controllable), water (controllable), soil quality/fertilizer
(controllable). Landscapers have spread some fertilizer. If you are eager
to speed up the growth - adding high quality soil and fertilizer will
likely help!
