Hi Krupal!
Board Member writing here.

The board doesn't send out individual notifications for every modification to 
the property.
We're not required to, and that would be too much work on top of the tens of 
collective hours the Board voluntarily puts into the community every week.
There is a lot of thought and communication that goes into these decisions with 
professionals (landscapers, contractors, sometimes architects).

Encourage you to get more involved to be more in the know!
