I'm not sure if I replied to you all at the time given everything that was
occurring, but thank you all for the recommendations for fixing our pipe
issues!

You mean Zurn – not Zern. And they have been proven to be over-priced here
in the past. Do not take the HOA’s or CMA’s advice concerning them. Do
your own research instead.

I had a similar issue not too long ago. HOA told me that Zern plumbing is
the preferred plumber. They do a lot of work on the complex and are
familiar with the units. It was not covered by HOA but depending on the
damage you can go through home/renters insurance.

Last night when we attempted to turn on the shower, the floor below the
shower started flooding. We turned off the water line but it did some
damage to the second floor. Does anyone have any recommendations for
the problem as well as the damaged ceiling? And whether this sort ofthing
is covered by the HOA?wrote:
