I’m not sure, and no timeline has been given. One thing I have learned is that
the post office is unpredictable, i.e. you can’t use logic to make any
assumptions.

must first install their own locks.
Once operational, you might find a key in your box when a package is
delivered. The key opens one of the parcel sized boxes on the bottom
row.
