I was wondering if I would be able to add my tenant to these email
distributions/listserve. I didn’t know if this group was only intended for
owners or not. Please advise. Thanks!

A quick refresher on the community guidelines around parking:
Resident Parking: Please park in your garage or driveway.
Guest Parking Spaces: There are eight guest parking spaces available for
visitors.
Vehicles should be within the painted parking lines
Vehicles should not be left in guest spots for more than 24hrs
A Vehicle should not use guest spots more than 7 times in a 30-day period.
Vehicles violating these guidelines will initially receive a warning notice,
prior to towing.
Vehicles can also be parked outside of the property along Hilliard St NE.
This is Atlanta, so it is always a good idea to remove any valuables from
your vehicle.
Parking along the road within the community or adjacent the
clubhouse/mailboxes is prohibited, with the exception of contractors
performing a service to the property or a specific unit. Vehicles blocking
access to driveways or creating other hazards will be towed immediately.
