A quick refresher on the community guidelines around parking:
Resident Parking: Please park in your garage or driveway.
*Guest Parking Spaces*: There are eight guest parking spaces available for
visitors.
- Vehicles should be within the painted parking lines
- Vehicles should not be left in guest spots for more than 24hrs
- A Vehicle should not use guest spots more than 7 times in a 30-day
period.
- Vehicles violating these guidelines will initially receive a warning
notice, prior to towing.
*Vehicles can also be parked outside of the property along Hilliard St
NE. **This
is Atlanta, so it is always a good idea to remove any valuables from your
vehicle.*
*Parking along the road within the community or adjacent the
clubhouse/mailboxes is prohibited, with the exception of contractors
performing a service to the property or a specific unit. Vehicles blocking
access to driveways or creating other hazards will be towed immediately. *
