Hi All,
Post Office said it delivered to 2 packages to my front porch unit 706. I
think she put them on the wrong porch or put in one of the cabinets at the
mailboxes and put the key in someone else’s mailbox.
They were not stolen as I was outside when she was here and just thought they
were not being delivered.
If you have them I work from home everyday and most likely here. Unit 706
Rebecca Meyers or it may say Ezra James Vintage.
Thank you!!
Rebecca

Hey, Sam! I'm looking to have some upgrades done in our bathrooms and
kitchen. Do you mind sharing the information for the guy you used for your
1/2 bath work? By the way, beautiful tile.
Thanks!

Thanks everyone! We found the leak!
Also here is a picture of our BEAUTIFUL new .5 bath flooring!

We found a pretty reasonable, tile guy that did the demo and install for
$450 labor.

I don’t remember exactly but since I’m not a plumber, I may have said oh a
pipe burst and now my house is flooded. Where in reality it was that there
was a leak in the pipe and that’s what caused the damage. Little details
like that , that I wouldn’t think of apparently make a huge difference in
the insurance world.

How did they word it correctly for insurance to cover the damage?

Hi,
Over the summer my tub ended up causing water damage to the second floor and
the garage. I had to call a mitigation service and plumber. It goes through
your homeowners insurance.
I called the mitigation team and plumber first and let them talk to my
insurance because the insurance claims reps will pick apart your words to
try not to cover your expenses. The mitigation team worded it correctly to
ensure that it would be covered.
Good luck!

Last night when we attempted to turn on the shower, the floor below the
shower started flooding. We turned off the water line but it did some
damage to the second floor. Does anyone have any recommendations for fixing
the problem as well as the damaged ceiling? And whether this sort of thing
is covered by the HOA?
