Hi everyone,
1. The mailbox thieves have been caught in a police sting operation as
of this morning. Hopefully they are locked away for many years.
2. Everyone has received a notice on their door as well as via CMA
e-blast. I'm also going to post it here, since the criminals are behind
bars now: https://calendly.com/highlandhoa/key-pickup ;
3. If anyone has trouble scheduling their key pickup appointment, then
they can email me directly with the information, and I will schedule an
appointment on their behalf. So far, we have had 43 people sign up to
make appointments, not including the 5 Board members.
4. The mailbox renovation work is coming to an end. I'm not sure when
mail delivery will begin, but my expectation is Monday. The mailbox
area still needs to be painted, and the post office needs to install
their locks.
