It is likely that was the time scheduled to repair. Not everything happens
exactly when we expect. I'm sorry about the inconvenience, however sometimes
things cannot be avoided. I do not believe this is a disconnect. The fact
that a problem occurred last night and CMA was working on it this morning,
indicates to me that they were quickly trying to resolve.

Time frame incorrect. 11am and water is shutdown.
Dennis email was sent at 910.
We were told water was shut off from 9-930.
I think we all understand emergencies, BUT....
Is there a disconnect in information from CMA?
I believe this is a good example on the lack or disconnect from CMA to the
residents.
Thoughts?
