I spotted a rat (alive) this evening by the pool. I think the exterminator
should pay us a visit sooner rather than later (I know..we have scheduled
visits blah blah blah)
Rat fact of the day:
A female rat can mate as many as 500 times with various males during a
six-hour period of receptivity. Thus a pair of brown rats can produce as
many as 2,000 descendants in a year if left to breed unchecked.
