Hi everyone,
The Board is please to announce that a new treadmill and elliptical
machine are now in the fitness room.
The previous equipment had been in disrepair for quite some time, as the
Board evaluated its finances and waited for the reserve study to be
completed.
In addition, the fitness room TVs were recently upgraded.
The Board is aware that there is more work that needs to be done,
especially with painting the fitness room. According to the reserve
study, we have money set aside to address that project as well as
several other clubhouse projects next year.
