Dear Board,
There was some damage in the neighborhood today, due to the storm that came
through around 1PM.
1. It looks like the 100 building and possibly the clubhouse may have had some
flooding. I didn't check the clubhouse, but the mailbox area was inaccessible
unless you wanted to wade through a large puddle. The pool area was definitely
flooded and the water became brown. I took a panoramic picture of the road,
since it was the first time I actually saw the flooding take place. I believe
we got at least 1" of rain in 30 minutes. I know that there was a lot of pine
straw that was displaced from the landscaped areas, and it may have clogged the
drain by the 100 buiding.
2. There was a lot of wind with the storm. A couple of the no parking signs
and a "clean up after your pet" sign were knocked over. I took care of that.
It looks like the gutter above unit 1013 broke and is dangling in the air.
