Hey Kyle and Chris,
While I will still scan in my other questions at a quick glance I didn't
notice the 45k we received from the 302 foreclosure. I see the $2,250 from
the movie shoot but not the 45k. Since we received it in the beginning of
April I would expect to see it under "Other Revenue." Did someone forget
to add it in?

GOOD NEWS!!!
Thanks to our wonderful Attorney, we have received a check in the amount
of $45,693.41 for Delinquent Association Fees, Attorney’s Fees, Late Fees,
etc. from the Foreclosure of Unit#302 (Prior Owner). This one check has
essentially paid for out new trash compactor and then some. I have also
heard that there is a second check that should be coming to us, but the
amount of this check has not been confirmed. I will provide an update on
the second check amount once it is confirmed.
