Hi, Keith here in Amherst, NY
I have the spare rig (F-817) running a 10 meter WSPR beacon right now. SSB
center frequency is 28.1246 MHz and the TX carrier is +1500 hz, or 28.1261 MHz.
If you have either the WSPR or the WSJT-x sofware, you can read the signal, if
not, by ear you might hear the carrier (2 minutes on/2 minutes off starting at
:02 after the hour).
I dropped Jim, N2NXZ a line, and I am hearing WSPR signals on ESkip today.
Give a listen and see if you copy anything.
