Subject: Homeschoolers needed.........
Dear Homeschoolers,
On Monday, Feb. 9th at 11:00, Senator Schumer will be speaking at the Hart's
Hill Inn. The Utica Right to Life organization is asking for many volunteers
to show up that day with signs urging the Senator to "Pass the Victims of
Unborn Violence Act". This act will be voted on at the end of this month and
it is imperative that as many people as possible show up to peacefully petition
for the passage of the act. It is NOT necessary to bring anti-abortion signs
to this event as the focus of the event is the passage of the Act, not the
abortion debate itself.
Please come and show your support for the unborn in this way--passage of this
act paves the way for the re-opening of the Roe vs. Wade decision, and whether
the "truths" brought up then actually will be able to carry any merit now.
Following this event, there will be coffee and doughnuts served at the American
Legion Hall in New Hartford. This is the facility on Middle Settlement Rd.
located near Hannaford.
