Our constitution says we need at least 10 active members present to
constitute a quorum so we can pass the bylaws revision.
Can I get a head count of people on the board who are planning to attend
our meeting at Clawson-Burnley park tonight?
If this doesn't make 10, we might have to put out a last minute appeal
to the listserv to get more.
