Hi there -- - best laid plans and all that. i have covid, so will not be
able to attend tonight. Following are the items on the agenda:
1) thank you to all our board members for all their work in the last year
2) update on our work
a) VCCP - knotweed removal, plantings along parking area and swale,
mowing scheduled again for this year -- Paul could do
this section
b) Bolick Tract across from Brookshire - 300 trees planted -
Paul could do this as well
c) Aho Road and BRC - pollinator walk - pathway established,
cardboard and mulch applied and about 50 plants planted
- Gina could discuss this
d) Green Valley Park -- all trees alive, growing quickly
3) Volunteer of the year --- Sheryl handle
4) vote on update to by-laws - extend term limit to 4 consecutive for any
board member
5) vote on President and Secretary -- - me and Bob
