Well , CBC JUST cancelled their OBX meeting due to Omricon (?). I guess that
means there’s unlikely to be much group activity to publicize until summer.
But someone should reach out to her & let her know that while we have had
interns, they haven’t been paid & things are in flux now due to COVID. Was Paul
doing a project that could use assistance?

what's the consensus on internships? Since we haven't been doing any
festivals and other outreach, we haven't really needed one. Doris has been
doing our social media. If we have a project that needs an intern this
summer maybe?

Message Body:
Dear High Country Audubon Society,
I am a biology major and creative writing minor at the University of North
Carolina, Wilmington intending to pursue a career in science journalism
after graduation. I was wondering if you offer internships or part-time work
that I could apply for? I blog about arthropods in my spare time
(https://thearthroblogger.com/) but love writing and educating others about
all kinds of wildlife.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Morgan Greene
