Indeed.

One other thing they draw attention to in the article is that while (most) CF lenses are optimized for infinity focus, the H lenses are not. They are made to perform best at distances they think lenses are used at more than infinity.
Does not sound unreasonable.
The result of this, they say, is that the H-series lenses are overall a bit better than the CF lenses.
