[hashcash] 1.09 released (Re: libfastmint update 20040916)

I uploaded source and binaries for 1.09 with the cumulative patch for
the last 3 patches from Jonathan applied, plus a output bugfix that
Panta reported.

Unfortunately I don't have access to my windows machine at present to
build the windows version of this.  If anyone has mingw installed and
pgp, they could build a 1.09 exe and make signed zip and exe options
as in http://www.hashcash.org/binaries/win32/ (but with 1.09 instead
of 1.08)
