We get these random weird cascade of unsubscribe requests occasionally.
Every email contains a header on how to unsubscribe for the given list:
"
List-Unsubscribe: <
mailto:haiku-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe>
"
As Panos also mentioned, you can unsubscribe at the same place you signed up:
https://www.freelists.org/wiki/wiki/doku.php?id=unsubscribe
Telling a mailing list you opted-in to that you want to unsubscribe really
isn't a thing. We're all just members who signed up like you.
