I did have one error on this line, but that wasn't the problem.

The card that I was using is:
Vendor: Accton Technology Corporation (0x1113)
Card ID: 1211
Is not recognized in Haiku with the Haiku driver.
Is recognized in Haiku with the BeOS driver and works.

I was able to swap out that card with this.
Vendor: Realtek Semiconductor Company Ltd. (0x10ec)
Card ID: 8139
works with the Haiku driver.

Thanks for your help.
