Hello,
I would advice an AMD Phenom II X2 550 BE with a Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P mobo.
It's affordable and if you are lucky (i am sure you are) you'll be able to
unlock 2 more CPU.
Maybe you'll also be able to OC and run 4 CPU @~3700Mhz, like most of people
do. I currently run at 3400 because i don't want to increase the voltage..

Excepted than i am stuck @1024 with a Radeon 4850, Haiku fly on it.
