VMWare Fusion exists for OS X, but it's not free :( (any more - the beta was)
Parallels did work at one point, but I seem to recall those who tested
it had to use the ImgTool to increase the image size somewhat first,
and then some had to disable the network adapter emulation due to a
bug in the etherpci driver (that might be fixed now).
