And that is every time you boot?
On real hardware or VMware/Qemu, or both?
Have you built the image yourself?
Anything notable in the serial debug output? (when in doubt, you could
post it here as well)
Does F12 get you into the kernel debugger? (a "teams" and "threads"
output would be helpful as a first diagnosis)
