[haiku] Good news on the LLVM front

LLVM 2.8 was just released today and somewhat amazingly among many other
great achievements it now boasts full support for C++! Libc++, the
replacement for libstdc++, is now also feature complete. Time to reconsider
using it for Haiku instead of GCC 4 ?
