archives for most of the haiku mailing list(s) on freelists.org (which
spurred this post). As well as keeping an eye on the website, new
forums and reading the logs for IRC on occasion. Thank you to Axel for
the ticket insights.
Now at least September will have something in the archive for this
mailing list. Couldn't stand to see a gap - each month has had
activity since it's inception.

I think no one thinks that this question is not justified; waddlesplash
just did not take the time to answer lazily, and just hinted that there
might also be discussions concerning the next release on other lists.
The 31 tickets are a bit misleading, though, as only the "blocker" tickets
(there are four of them), may actually delay a release.
#10336, and #12026 are easy to fix for a release (by disabling the
feature), #12924 is not really a blocker in my opinion (but still easy to
fix), and #11654 is the real blocker -- which is still actively being worked
on.

someone recently asked that very question elsewhere (probably the forums).
