I can only answer this question for the Midi Kit. In our case, the status
bars are not a very good indicator of progress. Some parts of the kit have
been finished for quite a while -- and as far as I'm concerned, they are
"stable" :-). However, we haven't even started working on other parts yet.
So it is hard to quantify the progress of the Midi Kit using these status
bars. Also, I'm personally waiting for the new website instead of making
changes to the current one.
