[haiku-web] Not able to reply to a ticket

Hi all,
I have created an account at dev.haiku-os.org. I can login and view
the tickets. But I cannot reply to any ticket. There is no option to
reply/edit a ticket. When I try and create a new ticket it says:
"TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation". On
every page I see this warning: <acct_mgr.web_ui.MessageWrapper object
at 0xb72b1b2c>.
Can you please let me know that the problem is and how I can reply to
a ticket (I want to send out a patch for a ticket).
