Yes, there is definitely a problem with the router that's the peering point 
for our ISP's carrier into Hetzner's network. The support guys at Hetzner 
asked me to send them a 'mtr' run from both sides (client and server) and that 
clearly showed a problem with that specific router (the preceeding neighbour 
of the one that used to spew out the ICMP errors).

Right, I had some issues with other sites, too.

Let's hope Hetzner can resolve the problems soon (they should still be at 
work, as their support is active until 22:30 on weekdays, IIRC).
