You did something to make the torrent data hash different, likely the
different block size.  If you want to add your tracker URL to an existing
torrent, don't make a new torrent from the files (this is hard to do
correctly), instead edit the tracker list of the torrent, which won't
change the torrent's block size or data hash (this is separate from a hash
of the .torrent file itself, like you said).  A program called
"Transmission" can do it, with the modified .torrent file hidden in
.config/transmission/torrents/ (running in Linux) after you quit.
