I guess they'll use this general i18n mailinglist.
I have created Catalan wiki pages [1]. On the info page you could add
that there's currently no special mailinglist and point to i18n-haiku.
Also have a look at filling your style guide and terminology pages.
They can help you to keep consistent even if you're working alone at
the moment.
