I have a draft ready that I'll upload soon. Then everyone can read it
and comment/correct/add stuff. After that, translation can start. So,
in other words: soon. :)

I think the pootling is automatic, the push to the repo is just
impersonating Niels. It's also Niels scheme to rise to the top of the
committers over time. :)
