[haiku-i18n] HTA: it's just a comment

Hi there!
If you find a bold "Note:" below a string, that is just come comment
givong more information for the translator. It must not be translated.
Taos found an example where that was overlooked in the Finnish catkeys
for AboutSystem. In the currently last string, the "Note: %MIT license%
isn't a variable and has to be translated.".
And please do as it says, translate the "MIT license" between the %%.
