I'm only an upper beginner in Japanese, so I'll have to use a
translator for most of this. My apologies. :(
I noticed a typo in the English portion of the "Welcome to list
'haiku-i18n-jp'" e-mail. It says "SHIT-JIS" instead of "SHIFT-JIS".
I also ran into another problem that is already known:
http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8124 (I added myself to the CC list,
but this would be a nice bug to have fixed as it affects every
language apparently.)
This brings me to my final point. Since Haiku has switched over from
HTA[1] to using the Pootle[2] system, I was wondering if anyone knows
how to have the proper content added to the Japanese language section
of Pootle so that we can start migrating the translations over from
HTA into Pootle?
I don't know the technical aspects of this enough to really understand
what's going on, but maybe if we move the translations over from HTA
into Pootle this will fix the missing translations in Haiku?
