[haiku-i18n-hi] Alpha3 freeze around May 23.

We have a few days left in which to get Hindi added into Haiku in time
to be in the Alpha3 release which is tentatively set for June1st.
There's a few few newly converted apps that still need to be
translated, but probably not that much work on each one. Perhaps
these some more of these could be translated in the next few days?
Does anyone have a couple hours to spare between now and the 23rd?
I have added Ankur as a language manager, he's one of Haiku's 2011
Google Summer of Code Students. He might have some time to check over
the translations that are orange and get those approved.
