There's a file txt named HOWTOBUILD.txt but it seems it's quite outdated.
e.g. gcc4 is not installed by default on haiku image, and
installoptionalpackage doesn't provide this package.
Is there anything I'm missing? Any thoughts?
The package to install is Development.
In the alphas, it's available by default, but not in the nightlies. That's
why the file doesn't refer to that extra installation step.
