Most of Haiku's own command line tools aren't internationalized yet anyway.
Actually there are pending patches on the bugtracker for most of them, but
I agree I prefer the CLI to stay in english. And I think that was the
general conclusion last time it was discussed. Localized output breaks
scripts too easily.
