I have translated several cli applications (wget, gawk, grep, gprof,
nano, sudo, sudoers, recode, sysstat, etc.) into Finnish via

These translated cli applications work fine in Linux and I am using
them there without problems. I would like to use them in Haiku also,
but the only way is to issue a new patched Haiku version where it
would be possible.

Actually there are pending patches on the bugtracker for most of them,

general conclusion last time it was discussed. Localized output breaks
scripts too easily.
