This will be handled by the Services Kit at some point, but I'm not sure 
how yet. I'm not sure it can be connected to Filetypes, mapping an URL 
prefix to an app is different from mapping a file to an app.

For now they open in Expander, but yes, I think installing them would make 
more sense. Expander support can only be useful as a debug tool, and if we 
leave it this way, we will end up with users trying to extract them to 
/boot.
