Yeah it is a right-click menu, but even worse the double click speed
is influencing how fast a submenu opens. I think that is just weird,
or an over the top attempt to avoid introducing a new preference
value.
Similar logic was used in the delay to show the Twitcher, except with
the key repeat rate, which I also found weird, so I just set it to a
reasonable default value that felt good to me. So far no one has
complained so I think the same can be done here.
