Not only was it down, it created a logfile of 90gb+ which caused
Webfaction to fire off an email telling us we were way over out disk
limit...

I restarted it, and deleted the log.

We need to start considering redoing our trac install on another
server somewhere soon... I'll see what I can do in the next couple
weeks.
