We already have a wallpaper_unsplash package in our repos I made ~2 years ago.
It's 7 MiB and has some generic wallpapers in it which don't look bad.

Hello,
These images do look really good, and we’d definitely receive positive feedback
for having them, but considering 5K screens are widely sold these days, minimum
image resolution should be 5K IMHO.
Aside from that, it would be really cool to organise some sort of wallpaper
contest for Haiku, maybe right after Beta2. It would be the best time to grab
some attention, since we’d already be in the press. We’d have to determine some
keywords, and that’s it.
I don’t think it should be limited to photography though, digital painting is
very common these days, thanks to iPad and the Pencil thingy. Pastel colours
with Haiku-themed stuff would be great.
