As I mentioned briefly on IRC, I'll be spending a semester abroad this
coming fall in Rome, and will quite consistently have long weekends
(Thursday afternoon until Monday morning), and so if an event was held then
I'd be able to come.
If we can drum up enough support for more than one of these a year, that'd
be awesome, but I don't know if we can, given the current state of the
community...
Anyway, just my two cents. No need to try and organize things in the fall
just for me if it's too inconvenient/expensive.
