It's my understanding that Buildbot doesn't create the nightlies -
it's a separate (similar) script scheduled to run nightly with cron.
It could be broken or hung (or simply disabled) - if Matt doesn't
respond today, I may be able to login to the machine and poke around.
Although I think he did some pretty hefty maintenance a while back and
I may or may not have permissions now.
