Just realized this patch has not been applied to Haiku source tree.
You'll have to apply it yourself.
You want to change:
http://dev.haiku-os.org/browser/haiku/trunk/build/scripts/build_cross_tools_gcc4
You can add in -Wno-error or change O2 to O1. Either one should work.
