Hi,
I had a busy couple of weeks at college with exams and so I couldn't reply
soon. I've decided to pair this idea with the trac extension and I've
submitted an initial proposal at

I am keen on implementing this but I would like to know some more details
about what exactly is wanted in this extension like - how the ticket
maintainers should select the patches, what kind of feedback is expected -
and an example use case if possible.
